Legal services on a no win no fee basis
Should you want to proceed with legal action, our solicitors will take all the pressure and chasing off you! They will send a letter to the debtor requesting formal demand of payment. Should they still not pay, our solicitors will draft the requisite court papers and issue proceedings against the debtor. All legal fees for our solicitors will be capped at 25% of the total sum recovered. In the event of no recovery, you will walk away owing nothing. As an example, in a successful scenario, should our solicitors recover £1000, they will retain £250 and provide £750 back to you. In the event that third party fees become applicable (like Court fees), these will need to be paid by you and are recoverable from the debtor upon success.
